Hi, I’m Nicole - a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Pelvic Floor Specialist, and mom of twins. After my own postpartum recovery, I experienced a core that didn’t feel supportive and daily challenges that made movement and motherhood feel harder than it needed to be. That experience shaped the way I support women today.

In my clinical work, I’ve helped women navigate common challenges like core instability and bladder control concerns using an evidence-informed, functional approach. Over time, I developed The Pelvic Floor Restoration Blueprint, a structured method focused on improving strength, coordination, and confidence from the inside out.

I’m passionate about helping women feel capable and in control of their bodies again, so they can return to the activities they love with clarity and confidence - without fear or frustration.
